Easy Homemade Vanilla & Lemon Panna Cotta Recipe

Lismore Vanilla & Lemon Panna Cotta 

Vanilla & Lemon Panna Cotta Ingredients

  • 1 Vanilla Pod, scored and seeds removed.
  • The Zest of 1 Lemon
  • 500ml Cream 
  • 1 ½ Leaves of Gold Gelatin,
  • 60g Castor Sugar 

 To serve 


Step 1

Pop the cream, vanilla pods and seeds, sugar and lemon zest into a saucepan and slowly bring to the heat. Turn off the heat and allow to infuse for 15/20 mins. 

Step 2

Pop back on a gentle heat. Meanwhile, place your gelatin leaves into a bowl of cold water until they are soft. Then squeeze them out and quickly whisk them into your liquid.

Step 3

Allow the cream to cool a bit, then remove the vanilla pods and pour into your bowls or ramekins.  When they have cooled fully  enough transfer to the fridge and allow to sit for about 24 hours 

Step 4

Serve with berries and some Lismore Lemon Polenta Biscuits & enjoy!
